August 11, 2009 - Professor Goldberg presented the paper, "A second chance to make a first impression?  A longitudinal examination of changes in Black and White newcomers’ leader-member exchange and career future," at the 2009 Academy of Management Conference.

July 11, 2008 - Dr. Goldberg leads a training session, "Metrics and Measurement of Diversity Training Success," for diversity consultants, practitioners, and academics at the Diversity Teaching and Training Conference in Arlington, VA.
